Depending on your situation, and what type of commission you will order, you can pay in instalments. (2x/3x max). It will be after each payment that I'll continue to work on the commission.

4) After the commission is accepted, you'll be inserted into a waitlist : after the first payment (full or partial) I'll start working on your commission. (/!\ I own the right to cancel a commission if I consider I won't be able to fulfill it ! )

WAITING TIME :

Depending on the commission, I might take more time to realise it, sorry in advance ! (it could take 2 weeks or 3 months.)
Do not hesitate to send me a message to see how far I progressed in your commission !
If your commission must be done before a specific deadline (example : must be done in 2 weeks) an additional fee will be counted in the first invoicing.
If I'm not able to continue the commission because of illness, accident, or else that incapacitate me to work on it, you'll be warned the first day of my hiatus. In the case I'm not able to finish it at all, a refund will be considered.

REFUND AND ADDITIONAL FEE

As stated above, in the case I'm not able to finish the commission at all, a refund will be considered. (at 80% of what was paid)
You can cancel a commission but if it happens after I started the line art or more, you'll be refund at 20% max. But only for fully paid commission, partially paid commission will have no refund.
After 3 edits, every next edits will cost 15€ per edit. (this condition works after I started the line/color. The sketch's edits are totally free.)
No refund or retraction allowed after the commission is done.

ARTIST'S RIGHTS, CUSTOMER'S RIGHTS

As an artist, I'm allowed to post the commissions on my SNS.
As a streamer, I'm allowed to stream the progress of the commission unless it's a surprise or if it must stay anonymous. In that case please tell me beforehand in the form, and or if you want your username to stay anonymous as well.
You are allowed to post and use the commission on your SNS, and everywhere but you must put my credits everywhere you use it.
You're allowed to ask me how far I progressed in the commission.
I reserve myself the right to refuse a commission if it's not possible for me to achieve it !

COMMERCIAL USE

If the commission has a commercial use, 50€ will be added as an additional fee. (example : prints, acrylics, charms, remunerated videos, etc ...) If you're not sure about how or if it falls under commercial usage, don't hesitate to ask me !
If you wish to sell the commission, please contact me first ! (Vtuber model or else.)
